Creating Classroom Community: Working with Families

As early childhood professionals, we provide children and families with welcoming and supportive environments both inside and outside the classroom. This session will look at strategies to build community in the classroom and increase family involvement. We look at activities to create community , environments that show respect to all families and program-wide events that support families.
