A Place for all Children Module 9: Supporting Children with Autism, Emotional Disorders & Language Delays
Description: After this session, you will know some specific approaches to assist children who have autism, severe disabilities, emotional disorders, and language delays. You will also learn how to support these children by adapting the environment, activities and other daily experiences. This module will enable you to provide support after a diagnosis is made.
Everything you wanted to know about CDA (Child Development Associate)
Description: Practitioners going through the Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or those supporting them need to be knowledgeable about the process. This class will teach participants about the many pieces of the CDA process including; the professional portfolio, training hours, family surveys, formal observation, and testing.

Use Your Brain – To Help Them Calm Down
Description: Young children are still learning how to regulate their emotions, and how to communicate their needs, wants and feelings appropriately. This session explores how brain development affects children’s behavior, and how teachers can use that knowledge to help children learn important social and emotional skills.

Description: Which “You” shows up for work? A great team begins with you and your leadership style plays an important role. Come explore your own unique strengths and preferences and how you can build the team you need to achieve your goals. Teamwork Makes the Dream work! (Will explore how to resolve conflict and interact better with your team)
