Summary
Join us for this 4 part series of discussions around working with parents in your childcare program. Participants will identify their personal strengths and weaknesses - including how they respond to challenges, recall why they have chosen to become child care professionals and begin the process of refocusing on their "Why", review effective communication tips and strategies - striving for the win/win, and review their strengths and areas needing improvement to create strategies to strengthen relationships and partnerships.
Description
This training is a 4 session training on WEDNESDAYS from 1:00pm - 2:30pm - 4/20/22, 4/27/22, 5/4/22, 5/11/22. If required, please select which sessions you will be attending. Registered participants (the first 50 participants to register and attend) will receive a $15 gift card each time for participating. Additionally, each time you attend your name will be entered into a raffle for one of four, $300 value kits to support your program!
