Summary
A first step in preparing to implement The Creative Curriculum is to build a shared vision. This training will define what a foundation is, and how it will be the cornerstone upon which the early childhood program is built. We will define what mission & vision is, and discuss how they are both vital to reaching program goals. We will also discuss how the implementation checklist will be used to determine training needs.

Objectives:
Participants will be able to define foundation and document things needed to build and maintain a strong foundation. Participants will gain knowledge of what their programs mission & vision is, the difference between the two, and how together they will help them set and reach program goals. Participants will have knowledge of the use of the implementation checklist to determine training needs.
