Summary
**IN PERSON TRAINING** Training will provide providers information that stresses the importance of incorporating physical activity into their child care schedule. Information will include the Missouri Move Smart guidelines, gross motor skills (big body movements), developmental characteristics of children, and age-appropriate equipment and activities. Participants will discuss how to incorporate physical activities into their program and the variety of activities they can introduce to children.
