From this session you will develop skills for working in a collaborative team to meet the needs of children with disabilities and chronic illnesses, as well as children who are developing typically. Participants will be able to use their new skills for working in a collaborative team to meet the needs of children with disabilities and chronic illnesses, as well as children who are developing typically. They will be able to apply the components of collaboration and how to overcome its’ challenges, to ensure the best services for children and families.
