Family engagement promotes an investment in the Families in your program, and means that you listen to what families need or think and allow them to partner with you in accomplishing the goal. This training will discuss how we can gain more family engagement in our programs by starting with how we currently build relationships and connections with families.

This training includes exploring strategies that build relationships with families, and understanding how various ways of communicating with families can build connection, and increase knowledge that move families to engage in your program
