Outcomes: Participants will: * Have recipes they can take home to add to their menu planning or classroom projects * Understand what STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) * How to incorporate STEAM concepts in the classroom with all ages * How to introduce new or unfamiliar foods to children
