Summary

During challenging times in life, people need to know the skills to help them learn to cope and overcome these challenges. Children need the same skills which need to be taught, just as any other skill. The training will discuss why it is important to develop resiliency and different ways to facilitate and teach these skills in children in a classroom setting. Many of these strategies can also be used within a home setting.
