This training is designed to help participants maintain accurate financial records for their childcare business. We will discuss common errors business owners make in the first 5 years of operation that may cause their business to fail. This training will feature some of the best practices needed to maintain a profitable. This training will highlight SWOT Analysis, a common tool for business owners which provides a snapshot of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats allowing for successful management of the business. The SWOT Analysis will be used as a guide throughout this training to create several financial plans as well as encourage participants to evaluate their business throughout the year.
