Module 7: Understanding Early Intervention and Education-3/15/2014-Hospital Hill Learning Center

Wondering how to decipher the "alphabet soup" of special education for children from birth to the early elementary years? This session will introduce you to the individuals with Disabilities Education Act or IDEA, Part C, and the IFSP (Idividual Family Support Plan). You will learn how to work with other professionals such as speech/language pathologists, special instructors, and physical and occupational therapists to support children in child care and early learning environments.
