Conflict can develop when having difficult conversations with adults in any setting. In this session, you will learn some of the components that make conversations difficult, review the steps to prepare for these crucial conversations, and practice strategies to improve your ability to deal with conflict in the early childhood setting. Come learn how to have difficult conversations that focus on positive outcomes.
