In this training, participants will learn what mindfulness is and understanding the benefits for practicing mindfulness in the early childhood classroom. This training will cover ways to utilize mindfulness within the daily schedule throughout the day. Participants will also create action plans to teach mindfulness and help cultivate a culture of mindfulness in the early childhood classroom.
