In this training we will discuss the importance of being able to address challenging behavior. We will discuss the importance of connection with children as well as adults keeping their own composure when addressing these behaviors. We will discuss techniques about how to work with the children to improve behaviors, the cause of why the behaviors happens, and working to partner with families to improve outcomes.
