All Child Care Providers Welcome

Temperament is defined as an innate quality we are born. While it may modify due to our life experiences, in general it doesn't make huge shifts. Why does this matter? As early childhood professionals the more we understand the better able we are to match our teaching to the individual needs of the children we serve.
