During this interactive session, participants will gain information that stresses the importance of incorporating physical activity into their childcare schedule. Information will include gross motor skills (big body movements), developmental characteristics of children, and age-appropriate equipment and activities. Participants will actively engage with game and activity examples that can be incorporated into their program to increase physical activity.
