Summary

Children’s actions and emotions can sometimes feel overwhelming in early childhood classrooms, but with simple strategies, educators can help bring calm to the classroom. In this training, participants will practice naming children’s feelings, giving clear, positive directions, and offering two acceptable choices to guide behavior with confidence and compassion.
