Summary
Supportive classroom culture doesn’t happen by accident, it’s built through intentional strategies that help children feel safe, understood, and ready to learn. In this training, participants will explore how classroom set-up, knowledge of child development, the use of consistent routines, and strong communication among teachers all work together to reduce stress and prevent behaviors from becoming overwhelming. Educators will leave with practical tools to create predictable, nurturing environments where both children and adults can thrive.
