Child Care Business 102 - Module 2

This part two of a two-part training designed as a beginner workshop for those interested in operating a child care business, either center-based or as a family child care home. The two-part workshop will be an overview of the many topics that child care professionals need to know to be successful in the business. Module 2 includes the following topics: Planning the Child Care Program; Child Care Policies/Contracts and the Parent Handbook; Staffing Handbook; Records and Forms; Marketing; Business Plan Basics; Provider Resources. See Child Care Business 102 – Module 1 for information on the first part of this workshop. Both Module 1 and Module 2 must be completed as part of the requirement for listing with CDCA as an unlicensed family home provider.
