You will learn by doing as the content and your responses are interactive and are sensitive to the different learning styles with power point, video vignettes and photos interwoven throughout the training. A sense of community is developed through the interaction between the participants and instructor, participant to participant, and particicant to content. Observing to Teach is an interactive online training designed to support teachers with their work with children. By learning to observe and seeing children as they are not as who we think they are or who we want them bo be we as teachers grow in our practice. CDCA’s online learning/teaching model is based on best practice by promoting community thru the interactions between the participants and instructor with the emphasis on the growing awareness of the building and the application of knowledge as skills are developed.
